From Otsu to the world—this new endeavor marks the first step toward a bold future for art.

Sixteen artists from across Japan will gather in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
Diverse in background, career, genre, and age, each artist will walk the red carpet holding their own artwork high.

The artist call and music will be performed by DJ & MC Toyomi Dubai.
Under the open sky, each artist’s name is called out loud, accompanied by music carefully chosen to match their unique style—resonating throughout the streets of Otsu.

Art Runway Otsu is a featured performance of the “Kioku Isekai Geijutsusai” (Memory Otherworld Art Festival).
